Morning

8:00 - 8:30:For those who use the pick-up service (book in the next step with an additional fee), our shuttle bus will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and then travel to Halong Bay.

Arrive at Catherine Cruise’s Lounge at Tuan Chau Marina around 11:30, where you can enjoy a cool welcome drink and meet the crew.

12:00: It’s time to get on board. The cruise manager will give you a short cruise briefing and safety guide, then check in your cabin. Afterward, enjoy your lunch at the luxurious restaurant, which is well prepared by our professional chefs.

Afternoon

We will visit Sung Sot Cave - the largest cave in Halong Bay, which is in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage area. Rubber shoes and sandals are highly recommended, as you’ll need to walk hundreds of steps to reach this grand grotto.

You continue to visit the pretty Titop Island for hiking or swimming. Let’s relax on the white sandy beach, swimming in the crystal-clear water, or climb to the island's top for a panoramic view of the bay.

Return to the cruise for refreshment. Unwind with some nice drinks during the Happy Hour promotion or join in the special afternoon tea and cooking demonstration under the gorgeous sunset off the bay.

Evening

Have yourself a lavish dinner with a fine dining set menu in the luxurious Ambrosia Restaurant on the 4th deck of the Catherine Cruise.

You will have leisure time for evening activities afterward. Let’s try squid fishing or playing mini-golf, sing karaoke, and enjoy spa services.

Day 2

Halong Bay - Luon Cave - Hanoi

Morning

Start your wonderful day with a Tai Chi class on the sundeck and witness the beautiful bay at sunrise. Enjoy your light breakfast in the restaurant and prepare for the following excursion.

Time to explore the spectacular beauty of Halong Bay by kayaking at the magnificent Luon Cave. This place is created by an underground water source that flows inside the mountain and is connected to the sea by a tunnel created by a flooded cave.

After visiting the cave, return to our Catherine Cruise to pack your luggage and check out at approximately 9:30. Later, a full brunch will be served on the 2nd deck while the boat sails back to the main port.

11:00: You will disembark the Catherine Cruise at Tuan Chau Marina. Farewell to the cruise team, and wait for your driver.

Afternoon

If you book the transfer service in advance, get in your transfer (book with an additional fee) and return to Hanoi. Reach your hotel in the Old Quarter around 15:00. End of service.

Cancellation Policy

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

Child under 5: FOC Sharing EVERYTHING with parents (max 1 child/cabin). 2nd infant will be charged 50 USD.
Child from 5 - 11 Years old: 75% sharing bed with parents/ 100% adult rate if using extra bed or single bed
