8:00 - 8:30: You should await a seamless pick-up in the heart of the Old Quarter, a limousine to your extraordinary journey through the expressway.

NOTE: This transfer service is for those who book in advance with an additional fee.

As you arrive at Tuan Chau Marina at approximately 11:45, let’s do the check-in process. After that, a speedboat transfer awaits to escort you to the resplendent Elite of the Seas Halong Bay, setting the stage for your maritime adventure.

At around 12:45, you will step into the realm of luxury as you check in on board the cruise, a symphony of opulence and comfort. The culinary voyage begins with an exquisite lunch, an embodiment of the finest flavors curated to delight your senses.

Afternoon

You receive your key and proceed to your cabin, a private sanctuary of tranquility and elegance.

We will spend the remaining day relaxing in Lan Ha Bay. You can gather at the reception area, igniting your spirit of exploration with engaging kayaking in Ao Ech, as you navigate the azure waters surrounding the cruise.

Or you capture memories from unique perspectives as you pose for drone photographs on the sundeck if weather permitting, a snapshot of this moment forever etched in time.

Witness the impeccable sunset over Lan Ha Bay and enjoy tea time onboard

Then, revel in the splendor of the setting sun with afternoon tea and bask in the joys of camaraderie during the Happy Hour.

Otherwise, you may choose to enrich your culinary skills with a captivating cooking demonstration at the swimming pool area.

Halong Bay - Dark & Bright Cave - Hanoi

Morning

Start your day with a breathtaking spectacle as the sun graces the horizon with its warm embrace. You can join a golf class or rejuvenate your body with a serene Taichi exercise.

After that, you may savor a delectable breakfast while taking in the panoramic views of the bay.

Today we will gather at the reception area, where a transfer boat awaits to transport you to the mesmerizing Dark and Bright Cave. This natural wonder will leave you in awe as you navigate through its mysterious passages on a local rowing boat.

The fullest way to admire Dark & Bright Cave is leisurely sitting on a bamboo boat.

Then, it's time to pack up your luggage and place it in front of your cabin door at 9:30. Return your cabin key to the reception counter.

Enjoy a sumptuous buffet brunch in our restaurant, where a fusion of flavors awaits to tantalize your taste buds. Before we return to the mainland, remember to settle any personal expenses such as beverages or spa treatments.

Bid farewell to the enchanting Ha Long Bay as we board a speedboat. We return to the harbor, where our friendly staff will assist you in disembarking at around 11:10.

After a scenic drive, we drop you off in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter at approximately 14:30. End of the service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 15 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children below 5 years old: FOC ( sharing EVERYTHING with parents ). From 02 children under 5 years old: 75% of adult's rate ( sharing bed )
Children from 5 to under 11 years old: charge 75% of adult rate ( sharing bed )
