Launched in late 2022, Nostalgia Cruise is one of the first 5-star cruises with the best itinerary to Cat Ba Island and surrounding areas, with Indochinese design combined with traditional Vietnamese royal features.

This cruise has 2 boats with 10 private cabins each divided into 3 standards: King, Queen, and Princess Suite. Except for the King Suite, all the Queen and Princess Suites have connecting doors to create Family Connecting rooms to suit customers' requirements. Also, each cabin has its own private balcony to create a comfort zone and satisfy the need for sightseeing in Halong Bay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Children Policy

The rate for children is applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on a mattress.
Children from 05 - 11: Stay with parent 75% adult rate. Not Apply for Family Terrace Suite & Family Premium Terrace Suite
Children under 05: FOC, sharing EVERYTHING with parents
Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin
