Morning

8:00 - 8:30: For customers who have made a reservation to use the shuttle transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee) between Hanoi and Halong Bay, a limousine will pick you up in the middle of the Hanoi Old Quarter.

At 11:30, check-in procedures for the Orchid Cruises Halong Bay will be conducted in the lounge upon arrival at the Tuan Chau Cruise Port. While you wait for the departure time to board the boat, the welcome drink is available for you to relish.

To kick off your journey, make yourself at home in the cozy ambiance of the ship's restaurant, where refreshing drinks are readily available. Then sit back to relax and listen while the ship's manager goes over the schedule and some of the safety rules.

Afternoon

During the Orchid Cruises Halong Bay, guests can dine on delicious cuisine that tantalizes the taste buds and celebrates the region's flavors.

After the delightful meal, head to the Dark and Bright Cave, a must-visit kayaking spot in Halong Bay. This water cave is renowned for its magnificent limestone structure and fascinating natural ecosystem.

Subsequently, the journey leads you to Tra Bau, the untouched expanse of Lan Ha Bay. Take this chance to swim around and immerse yourself in the refreshing embrace of tranquil waters.

After a few hours of excitement, back aboard the cruise, you can unwind on the terrace, and partake in the Happy Hour program from 18:00 - 19:00, where you can buy one drink and get another free.

Otherwise, you can have fun participating in a Vietnamese cooking class hosted by an experienced chef.

Evening

Enjoy a delicious meal that fuses Asian and European influences. Each dish is meticulously crafted using only the finest and freshest ingredients.

Following dinner is your free time. While relishing the mysterious beauty of the bay at night, you can fish for squid, receive a massage, or watch a movie on the patio.

Morning & Afternoon

Start your day with some Tai Chi on the patio and a deep breath of fresh air. To get the best shots of the sunrise across the bay, you should get up earlier to catch the best moment of Lan Ha Bay and marvel at the stunning seascapes.

The restaurant will provide a complimentary breakfast buffet, let's come and enjoy it!

After the delightful meal, head to the Trung Trang Cave, between Cat Ba National Park and Kim Giao Forest. It possesses an enigmatic allure as a result of the geological tectonics that have occurred over the past two thousand years.

Explore the natural beauty of Trung Trang Cave

Around9:30, you'll check out and settle up with the front desk, ensuring a smooth transition from the sea to the mainland.

After that, a delectable lunch will be served while the boat gracefully makes its way to the dock. You can relax on the patio or in your room to take in the sights and jot down your final thoughts on your adventure to Vietnam's Northeast.

11:30: The ship docks as the bus takes you to Hanoi. After around 2.5 hours, you’ll arrive at the hotel in the capital at around 15:00.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/ Change by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 21 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
