Morning

Around 8:00 - 8:30, you will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House (for those not staying in Hanoi) and then transferred to Tuan Chau Port by our shuttle service/ private car (book in the next step with an additional fee).

After arriving at the harbor, you will be transferred to Hermes Cruises and checked into your cabins at 12:00 - 12:30. A buffet lunch will be served at the restaurant on board while the cruise heads toward Ha Long Bay.

Afternoon

The first destination is Luon Cave, a poetic landscape of beautiful stalactites with an intertwining combination of water, clouds, and cliffs. This spot will be a perfect location for a kayaking session.

Kayaking through Luon Cave will be a thrilling start for your trip with Hermes Cruise

Afterward, the cruise will head to Titop Island, renowned for its pristine beach and breathtaking bird-eye views of Halong Bay. Here, you can choose to swim and relax on the sandy shore or climb to the island’s peak for a panoramic view of the bay.

As you get back onboard, the Sunset Party will take place with fruits and snacks at Hermes Sky Bar. The Happy Hour (buy 2 get 1 free drink) and massage service are also available for you to treat yourself after a long day.

Besides, don’t miss the cooking class at around 18:30, when you will be shown how to make Vietnamese spring rolls, and try making one if you’d like to.

Night

Dinner will be a European set menu, served at the restaurant on board, promising a delectable culinary experience.

As you finish your dinner, there will be free time on the boat, allowing you to unwind, connect with your friends/ partners/ family members, or try squid fishing with the staff.

Day 2

Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Hanoi

Taichi's class will take place at 6:30 on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast. Afterward, you will be taken to Sung Sot Cave, famous for its vastness and intricate rock formations.

After the trip to Sung Sot Cave, you will get back to the boat, pack your things up, and remember to check out before 9:30. At the restaurant, you can savor a delicious buffet brunch during the cruise back to Tuan Chau Wharf.

Afternoon

Once the cruise arrives at Tuan Chau, guests can disembark around 10:45 - 11:00. The trip ends with a return to Hanoi Old Quarter at approximately 15:00.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children from 5 - 10: Stay with parent 75% adult rate. Extra bed : 75% adult rate
Children under 05: FOC, sharing EVERYTHING with parents
