7:00 - 7:15: The shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter (book in the next step with an additional fee). The journey takes about 2.5 hours to the cruise port in Quang Ninh Province.

Around 10:00, the bus stops at Tuan Chau Marina, where you finish the check-in process and transfer by a speedboat to Jade Sail Cruise. Start your journey with a refreshing drink and a safety briefing from the crew.

A buffet lunch will be served as the cruise makes its way to Lan Ha Bay. Savor the harmonious blend of flavors as you prepare for an afternoon of exploration

It’s time to join the bamboo boat ride to Dark and Light Cave, letting yourself marvel at the mesmerizing rock formations and explore the mystique beauty of the cave.

Afterward, the cruise will take you toAo Ech Area, where you can kayak or swim, and immerse yourself in the serenity of Lan Ha Bay.

Ao Ech Area offers a tranquil setting, perfect for kayaking and swimming.

As you get back on board, the cooking demonstration takes place at the sundeck, walking you through the secrets behind crafting the famous Vietnamese spring rolls.

You can also join the lively sunset party, celebrating the day's adventures with fellow travelers while witnessing the sun gracefully descending over the Seven Wonders of Nature, casting an enchanting hue across the bay.

17:00 - 17:30: The cruise gets back to Tuan Chau marina. Our transportation awaits to transfer you to Hanoi's Old Quarter.

Around 19:30, your day of exploration ends as we drop you off at your hotel, concluding our services.

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
