Morning

From 08:00 to 08:30, travelers will be picked up from the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter for a smooth transfer to Halong Bay.

You will check in at Vietstar Cruises Center (Lot 20b), Tuan Chau International Port, around 11:30 - 11:45. Upon arrival, our friendly staff will warmly welcome you at the Vietstar Cruises Center, guiding you through a smooth check-in process in the waiting lounge.

Then, enjoy a short, scenic transfer by tender boat to Lyra Grandeur, giving you the first glimpses of the mesmerizing limestone karsts of Halong Bay.

As you step onboard, the Cruise Manager and crew will greet you with a welcome drink, followed by a brief introduction about the cruise, itinerary, and safety guidelines.

Afternoon

Savor a sumptuous fusion lunch at the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant while the cruise sails toward the serene Lan Ha Bay. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of limestone formations and emerald waters from the restaurant’s panoramic windows.

The cruise will anchor at Frog Lagoon, and you will experience an exciting array of water activities at the Infinity Oasis Pool & Jacuzzi.

For thrill-seekers, take on the Inflatable Water Slide, or opt for a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of Lan Ha Bay. Alternatively, unwind in the Nordic-style sauna, embracing pure relaxation amidst nature.

Embrace the tranquility of the bay with a revitalizing Tai Chi session at Ocean Sky Sundeck, welcoming the new day as the sun rises over the karst mountains.

Start your morning with a healthy, light breakfast at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant, featuring pastries, fresh fruit, and Vietnamese coffee or tea.

Explore the stunning Dark & Bright Cave on a traditional bamboo rowing boat or by kayak. As you glide through the angled passageway, admire the breathtaking limestone cliffs, serene waters, and lush greenery.

After your morning excursion, head back to the Lyra Grandeur to freshen up, pack your belongings, and check out of your cabin around 09:00 - 09:30.

Enjoy a brunch onboard at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant as the cruise makes its way back to Tuan Chau International Port, giving you one last chance to soak in the majestic views of Halong Bay.

At 10:30 - 11:00, say goodbye to Lyra Grandeur as the cruise disembarks at Tuan Chau Port, bringing home unforgettable memories of your luxury voyage through Lan Ha Bay.

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Children Policy

Children under 5 years old: FOC, sharing EVERYTHING with parents (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin) & From 2nd children: charged 30% adult (without extra bed)
From 5 to 11 years old: 01 child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult (with extra bed), 01 child stays in the double/twin cabin with 1 adult: charged 90% adult, Two children staying in a separated double/ twin cabin are charged 90% adult/ each.
From 11 years old: will be charged as adults
