07:45 - 08:30: Get ready and check your belongings before our shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) picks you up from various hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. There will be a quick stop halfway to stretch your legs.

11:30 - 11:45: The bus will arrive at Tuan Chau Marina and reach the pier. The welcoming staff will be waiting for your arrival. A complimentary welcome drink will be served with a quick briefing as we set sails into Halong Bay.

Our award-winning chef will serve unique delights for guests to indulge in and pair beautifully with lavish cocktails, fine wines, and beers.

NOTE: The bar will be open for the entire service. Water is served throughout the journey. Any other drinks that aren’t mentioned will incur a charge.

Afternoon

The first activity in this wonderful journey is exploring the stunning Dark & Bright Cave by kayaking or sitting on a bamboo boat rowing by locals.

We will spend around 1-hour round trip paddling through a little grotto and into this private lagoon. Surrounded by imposing rock walls in all directions, it's a peaceful little corner for you to relax. The tour guide will tell the folklore of Halong Bay before paddling back to the boat.

Next, it’s time to enjoy the natural beauty of Frog Pond by swimming in the emerald water of Lan Ha Bay. Try the trampoline and water slide with your friends, or simply stay on the boat and chill out. So, relax and take a few moments to reflect on the beauty of this natural wonder of the world.

Return on board to join the cooking demonstration and have a try at making Vietnamese Spring rolls by yourselves.

You will have an exciting sunset ceremony afterward with complimentary Vietnamese teas, fresh fruit, and cakes. Witness the sunset dip into the horizon and fill the sky with deep red, purple, and yellow. Let's immerse ourselves in the wonderful moment while sailing back.

17:45 - 18:00: The cruise will be back to the port. If you request the transfer in advance, get picked up and return to Hanoi.

Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi at approximately 20:00 - 20:30. End your journey here.

On weekends, some roads will not allow vehicles to make room for Hanoi Walking Street. Therefore our limousine will drop you off at the closest and a suitable point in the Old Quarter instead.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
