Morning

8:00 - 8:30: For customers who have made a reservation to use the shuttle transfer service (additional fee) between Hanoi and Ha Long Bay, a limousine will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter for the transfer to Lot 32, Tuan Chau International Marina.

At 11:30, check-in procedures will be conducted in the lounge upon arrival. Besides, welcome tea is available for you to use while waiting for the boat's scheduled departure time.

Transfer to the cruise ship by tender boat and embark on the cruise. After checking in, please sit back to enjoy some welcome beverages and listen to the ship's manager explain the schedule and some of the safety rules.

It’s lunchtime. Relish a scrumptious meal and marvel at the majestic landscapes as the cruise continues its exploration of Ha Long Bay. It’s also a great chance to see the cruise travel through the lovely Duck Islet and take some photos here.

Afternoon

Transfer to Cat Ba Island and visit the Dark and Bright Caves, a must-see attraction! Kayaking through these caves is the best way to appreciate Ha Long Bay's breathtaking beauty up close.

Subsequently, head to the Tra Bau area, the less populated area in Lan Ha Bay where untouched natural beauty awaits.

Take this chance to immerse yourself in the pristine and unspoiled landscapes, swim in the ocean, and enjoy the green emerald and cool water.

After a few hours filled with thrills, back aboard the ship, you can unwind on the patio, watch the sunset, sip beverages with the Happy Hour program (buy one, get one free), or participate in a Vietnamese cooking class.

Day 2

Cat Ba Island - Trung Trang Cave - Hanoi

Morning

Begin your day with the gentle movements of Tai Chi on the patio and a deep breath of fresh sea air. For the best views of the sunrise over the bay, rise early and witness the magnificent frames of sunrise on the bay.

Then, let’s enjoy the nutritious breakfast onboard and get ready to uncover Trung Trang Cave, which runs 300 meters through the mountain and contains several stalactites of various shapes that can astound and excite visitors imaginations.

At 9:30, it’s time to come back to the cruise, pack your belongings, and prepare for checkout procedures.

Then, a scrumptious lunch is served while the cruise continues its route back to the port. After that, you can relax on the patio or in your room and take in the view, recording your last impressions of the voyage to explore the lovely bay.

Come back to the quayside in the south of the bay to disembark at 11:30, and it's time to say goodbye.

Afternoon

Get picked up for the transfer back to Hanoi. After about 2.5 hours, you’ll arrive at your hotel in Hanoi at around 15:00.

Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

Children under 05 years old: FOC ( sharing EVERYTHING with parents ), maximum 1 child, the 2nd child will be charged 50% adult rate
